ORDERING & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?

SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders ship from Springfield, Missouri.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We offer Standard (5-7 business days), Expedited (2-3 business days), and Express (1-2 business days) shipping options.
How long does shipping take?

Processing time is 1-3 business days before your order ships. Alaska and Hawaii may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Do you offer free shipping?
We periodically offer free shipping promotions. Sign up for our email list to be notified of special offers!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office. If your package arrives damaged, take photos and contact us immediately at mishmashvault@gmail.com - we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
PRODUCTS & AUTHENTICITY
Are all your products authentic?
Yes! Every item we sell is 100% authentic and officially licensed. We source all products from authorized distributors and never sell bootlegs or counterfeits.
What does "factory sealed" mean?
Factory sealed means the product is in its original, unopened packaging with all manufacturer seals intact. This guarantees authenticity and pristine condition.
Do you sell used or opened items?
No. We only sell brand new, original manufacturer sealed collectibles. You'll never receive a previously owned or damaged item from us.
Can I request specific items?
While we can't guarantee we can source every item, we love hearing what collectors are looking for! Email us at mishmashvault@gmail.com with your wishlist, and we'll do our best to help.
Do you offer pre-orders?
We may offer pre-orders for upcoming releases. Pre-order availability will be clearly marked on product pages.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened items with factory seals intact. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
Can I return an opened item?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened items with broken original manufacturer seals. This policy protects the authenticity and value of collectibles for all our customers.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at mishmashvault@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
How do I start a return?

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders and manage your purchase history.
